The whole recording journey can be an extremely overwhelming one. In fact, a lot of artists give up on getting their demos recorded, because of the sheer size of the to-do list they’re presented with when they’re ready to record.

Each decision you make will have a large impact on the sound and the quality of your recordings - the session musicians might not be as good as promised. The studio might have issues - the recording engineer might be unfamiliar with the studio gear. The mix engineer might have totally different ideas about how they want the music to sound.

It's also a fairly complicated process, with a lot of moving parts that affect each other. Things can get missed in all the craziness, that will greatly affect progress on the record later on.

Consolidating the entire recording process to one point of contact ensures a much smoother, enjoyable process that is more likely to reflect your creative vision. AND... Important elements don't get missed, as there are less people involved!

Talented Jazz Guitarist based in Northern India, with one album release, and a few hundred followers on social media, not much movement on Spotify, no press to speak of. Wanted to grow his fanbase, and branch out into new styles of music, to find his voice

Takar has incredible talent as a jazz guitarist, but didn’t have the equipment needed to get a great guitar tone. He’s a solo artist, and wanted a more fleshed out soul/RnB/Electronic band sound, but couldn’t find the right players to get the sound he wanted. He also wanted to get more followers on Instagram, and more followers on Spotify, but didn’t know how to go about getting more exposure.

After we completed the project, Takar had an EP of 5 songs that he was incredibly proud of, that got him a songwriter of the year nomination in India, and a LOT of positive press. We showed him some basic marketing, and he grew his instagram following from a few hundred to over 5,000, and his spotify monthly listeners up from 5-10 a month to over 1500 a month. His lead single has had almost 100,000 listens, and is featured on several playlists. From there, he’s established himself as a leading solo artist in his area in Northern India, and is now featuring on other artists music, and even producing some himself.

Alexia was a Brazilian-American MPB/Bossa Nova singer based in Rio de Janeiro. She had a solid start to her career, releasing 2 commercial albums, mainly consisting of covers. Light social media following and press attention, not much live show experience.

After moving to New York in 2013, Alexia sought to continue to establish herself as a world-class artist, while further exploring and harnessing her own creativity. This required her to start writing more original songs and lyrics, learn how to make better and deeper records, and gain more live performance experience.

Alexia has released one independent and 2 label releases since 2015, and earned praise from major outlets such as NPR, American Songwriter, and The Village Voice. She now has over 10K followers on social media and over 35K monthly Spotify listeners. She has developed an impressive live show, and has a band consisting of A-list sidemen (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bebel Gilberto, David Byrne). Her latest album features the single “Chameleon Lovers,” a duet with RHCP and Pearl Jam sideman Josh Klinghoffer.

They’ve both been in the music business for many years, working with a broad range of artists at the very top of the industry. Their know-how in every musical genre is of the highest level, which makes them very easy to work with as their ability to understand me as an artist, where I’m coming from and where I’m trying to go, allows my music to grow in their very capable hands and ears.

When I first got in touch with Andy and Jake, it was over a Skype video call. They both were so nice and easy to talk to. Little did I know, back then, that even during the lockdowns we would pull off a full EP within 3-4 months time.

I must say that I've had a very unique experience (in a real good way!) working with both the gentlemen from another part of the world. Very creative people, and always receptive and responsive to my inputs.

It was an absolute joy to work with Jake and Andy. They took the time up front to understand my vision and sent me beautiful and creative arrangements which we collaboratively refined. This culminated in a memorable recording session with great musicians at their studio in Brooklyn. I could not be happier with the end result!
